Please follow the next steps to check the functionality of the joystick:
1. Use a different USB port
Be sure to try using different USB ports to eliminate the possibility of being a port issue.
2. Check if the Joystick is being detected by a Windows PC
a) Connect the Joystick to a Windows PC.
b) Open the Windows Control Panel and go to "Hardware and Sound > View devices and printers".
b) The default name of the Joystick is "3D Joystick Keyboard", check if this is displayed under "Devices".
3. Check the Joystick status in a Windows PC
a) Open the Windows Control Panel and go to "Hardware and Sound > View devices and printers".
b) Check that the Joystick is being displayed in the "Device" section.
c) Right click on the icon and select "Properties".
d) Go to the "Hardware" tab, then select HID-compliant game controller and check the "Device status".
4. Test the Joystick controls in a Windows PC
a) Open the Windows Control Panel and go to "Hardware and Sound > View devices and printers".
b) Right click on the Joystick icon and select "Game controller settings".
c) In the Game Controllers interface, click on the "Properties" button to access the calibration interface.
d) Click on the "Test" tab and start testing your Joystick device.

5. Reset the calibrations to default
a) Open the Windows Control Panel and go to "Hardware and Sound > View devices and printers".
b) Right click on the Joystick icon and select "Game controller settings".
c) In the Game Controllers interface, click on the "Properties" button to access the calibration interface.
d) Click on the "Settins" tab and click on the "Calibrate..." button to calibrate the joystick.
Note: You can also click the "Reset to default" button to reset the control values to the default values.
