VIVOTEK have released a client version of the software for MAC OS which will allow you to remotely access any VAST2 server (CMS or main recording workstation).
Even when this version is just a client version it will still store debug logs which are generated to register any activity or issue that may appear with the software. If you encounter any issues with your VAST2 MAC OS client please follow the next steps to export the logs:
Step 1. Go to the following path: /Documents/VIVOTEK Inc/VAST/Client/VAST2/Log
Step 2. Copy all the logs contained into the folder.
Step 3. Send the logs to the Technical Support representative for further analysis.
