Why I can't find the safe100.net or 2bthere.net express link configuration in the camera network interface after firmware upgrade?

Answer

With the new camera firmware version x.2202.x.x or above, customers will no longer be able to register new devices to the safe100.net DDNS service and 2bthere.net express link service. If the camera was already registered in the system it will still be able to use the service but devices using the new firmware won't be able to use this feature if they did not register to the service prior the upgrade. 

In addition, starting from December 31, 2023 we will no longer be supporting the safe100.net and 2bthere.net servers for our DDNS (Dynamic DNS) services. As a result, all domains associated with these servers will be disabled, and any services using these domains will no longer be accessible.
