Where can I find my camera or NVR DEVICE ID?

Answer

The camera's DEVICE ID (MAC) can be found in two places:

• Device Packaging: All VORTEX product packaging boxes have a DEVICE ID label on the side.

• Device casing: The DEVICE ID is also affixed to the side or base of the device's casing.

For VORTEX Connect compatible NVR devices, the Device ID can be found on the NVR web portal or local site:

Please note that the VORTEX Connect feature must be activated; otherwise, you won't be able to see the NVR Device ID.
