Deep Search results may not always be 100% accurate. If users encounter incorrect search results or unsatisfactory snapshots, they can report these issues to the VORTEX Team, aiding in enhancing our service by improving the search algorithms. To facilitate this, we've integrated a "Send Feedback" feature within the Deep Search interface, allowing users to easily communicate specific concerns directly to our team.
Using this function is straightforward. When utilizing Deep Search on the VORTEX Portal, if you notice that a search result is incorrect or not as expected, simply click on the "..." icon located below the search result.
Upon clicking this icon, two options will appear: "Archive" (to send the selected search result to the cloud archive) and "Send Feedback". Choose "Send Feedback" to initiate the feedback process.
A pop-up window, the "Send Feedback" interface, will then appear. This interface will allow you write a description of the problem at hand.
Here, be sure to provide a detailed description of the issue you've encountered.
If you are having difficulties describing the problem at hand, here are some questions that you can take into consideration:
- What were your expectations?
- What did the actual result entail?
- How frequently has this issue occurred?
- Are there any other results displaying a similar pattern?
- If the function worked properly before, what changes have you noticed?
Once you have detailed the issue, click on the "Report" button. This action will send your feedback, along with any related images, video clips, and search conditions, to the VORTEX Team.
Upon successful receipt of your feedback, our team of engineers will review the video and its associated search conditions to identify and address any shortcomings.
