Question
What should I do if the AE-301 is not supplying enough water to the camera?
Answer
The AE-301 is a water disposal tank designed to supply water to a camera with a wiper. This tank has a control board that enables the pump (which sucks water from the tank and delivers it to the camera), controls the water flow (high, medium, or low), and indicates the water level inside the tank to the camera. If the customer finds that the water sent to the camera is insufficient, they must verify the following:
1. Installation Distance: Ensure that the distance between the camera and the water pump (water tube distance) is not greater than 4.5 meters.
2. Power Input: Ensure that the power connected to the power module is 24V.
3. Water Pump Level Settings: Ensure that the "High" water pump level configuration is selected; otherwise, the water flow will not be strong enough.
