How to know the model name and MAC address of the camera - Firmware version.
How to know the firmware version of the camera? - Problem description.
- Date and time when the problem happened.
- Server status report.
- Camera configuration files with the password of the root account.
How to get the server status report and the configuration file of the camera? - Snapshots or video clips to show the problem.
We might need the following information, but they are not compulsory:
- Public IP (with port if any).
- Port forwarding for telnet port (port 23).
- Reproducing steps/ history.
- Setparam log.
How to enable the set parameter log and verify which commands and from which IP have been sent to the camera?
