- Problem description.
- Reproducing steps/ history.
- Snapshots or video clips to show the problem.
- Date and time when the problem happened.
- Devices which be added in the iViewer: model name, firmware version, device pack version for NVR , and VMS.
- Devices which be added in the iViewer: IP addresses, port number, account and password.
How to know the IP addresses of the devices in the iViewer? - The version of the iViewer you used.
