How to collect the windows event log?

Please follow the steps below to collect the windows evert log:

1. Open Event Viewer in Windows.
   There are two ways to open event viewer.
   (a) Go to Control Panel> System and Security> Administrative Tools> Event Viewer.
   
   
   
   (b) Press Windows Key + R to type “eventvwr”.
   
   
   
2. Go to Windows Logs> Application to select the problematic time.
   
   
   
3. Save selected logs to us.
