How to collect information of Windows OS system and display card?

Please follow the steps below to collect information of windows OS system and display card:

1. Open "dxdiag.exe" in Windows.
   Go to search>Type "dxdiag"
   
   
   
2. Click "Save All Information..."
   
   
   
3. Provide the file to technical support.
