How to verify which version of the VIVOCloud software is installed in your device?

Answer

Depending on which type of device you are using (Android or iOS) the interface might slightly show some differences. However, the location of the software version information is the same regardless of the device. Please follow the steps below to check which version of software is installed on your phone:

Step 1. Open the VIVOCloud application on a mobile device and login using your VIVOCloud account credentials. 

Step 2. Click at the side panel button located on the upper left corner of the Live View interface.

Step 3. Click on the "About" tab on the menu.

The software version should be displayed on the screen.
