How to collect the Windows Event log on the NR-Series device?

Event logs are requested to diagnose and troubleshoot software problems, such as crashes, errors, or other unexpected behaviors. Here are the steps of how to collect Windows event log on the NR-Series device.

1. In the Control Center page,  click to launch "File Manager".
   
   
   
2. Navigate to "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools" and launch the "Event Viewer".
   
   
   

3. In the Event Viewer, expand "Windows Logs" (on the left pane) and export below logs by Right-click on the target and click "Save All Events As".

4. Provide the Application and System event logs to VIVOTEK Tech Support team.
