How to collect the Windows Event log on the Windows-based NVRs (NR-Series device) when reporting a VAST2 or VSS issue?
Answer
- In the Control Center page, click to launch "File Manager".
- Navigate to "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools" and launch the "Event Viewer".

In the Event Viewer, expand "Windows Logs" (on the left panel) and export below logs by Right-click on the target and click "Save All Events As".
