How to collect the windows event log on the NR-Series NVR(Windows-based)?

Please follow the steps below to collect the windows evert log:

1. Enter to the desktop of NVR.>Go to "File Manager".
   
2. Go to "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools" to run the "Event Viewer".
   
3. Go to "Windows Logs"> "Application" to select the problematic time.
   
   
   
4. Save selected logs to us.
