Please follow the steps below to collect the LSA debug logs.
Step 1. Download the Broadcom tool:Unified_StorCLI-007.2507.0000.0000.zip from the following link:

Step 2. Extract the folder on the NVR and open the Windows folder.
Step 3. Type "cmd" into the Explorer field, then press Enter to launch the Command Prompt.
Step 4. Run the command: storcli64 /c0 show all
The log will be saved in the Windows folder with the file name "storcli.log".
Please rename the file to "allinfo.txt“.
Step 5. Run the command: storcli64 /c0 show events
The log will be saved in the Windows folder with the file name "storcli.log".
Please rename the file to "eventlog.txt".
Step 6. Run the command: storcli64 /c0 /eall /sall show all.
The log will be saved in the Windows folder with the file name "storcli.log".
Please rename the file to "PDlist.txt".
Step 7. Provide the three debug logs ( allinfo/eventlog/PDlist ) to VIVOTEK Technical Support.
