How to restore to the factory default settings?

Sometimes, improper operations may accidentally delete important applications, or a virus infection may cause certain programs to malfunction. These issues can often be resolved by restoring the system to factory default settings.

Please follow the steps below to restore the system to its factory state on the NR system(NR9581-V3, NR9682-V3, NR9581-V2, NR9681-V2, NR9682-V2, NR9782-V2).

Step 1. During the system boot process, four menu options will appear. Please select Restore to Default.

Step 2. After selecting Restore to Default, you will be prompted to enter the username and password. The default username and password are admin/admin.

Step 3. After entering the username and password and pressing Enter, the system will begin restoring the OS to its default state.
The restore process will take approximately 3 to 4 minutes.
