Please follow the steps below to add a new language.
Step 1. Click the Windows icon, then select Settings.
Step 2. In Settings, select Time & Language, then click Language & Region.
Step 3. Under Preferred languages, click "Add a language".
Step 4. In the installation window, search and select your preferred language (e.g., Chinese (Taiwan)), check all items in the options list, and click Install.
Step 5. The system will automatically download and install the selected language pack. Wait until the installation is complete.
Step 6. After installation, click Sign out or restart the system to apply the new language.
Step 7. After signing back in, Windows 11 will display in the new language.
Note: If any troubleshooting is required, please switch the system back to English by following the steps before providing remote access to VIVOTEK Technical Support.
Step 1. Click the Windows icon, then select Settings.

Step 3. After selecting, the system will prompt you to sign out to apply changes. Click Sign out.
