How to add a new language in Windows 10 for NR9581-V3 / NR9682-V3?

Please follow the steps below to add a new language.
Step 1. Click the Windows icon, then select Settings.
Step 2. In Windows Settings, click Time & Language.
Step 3. Select the Language tab, then click the “+” icon to add a language.
Step 4. Type “Taiwan” to search for the language pack, select Chinese (Taiwan), and click Next.
Step 5. In the installation window, check all the options in the red box and click Install.
Step 6. After installation, Windows will prompt you to sign out. Click “Yes, sign out now” or restart the system to apply the new language.
Step 7. After signing back in, Windows 10 will display in the Chinese interface.
Note: If any troubleshooting is required, please switch the system back to English by following the steps before providing remote access to VIVOTEK Technical Support.
Step 1. Click the Windows icon, then select Settings.
Step 2. In Settings, go to Time & Language.
Step 3. Select the Language tab and set the Windows display language to English.
Step 4. Windows will prompt you to sign out to apply the change. Click “Yes, sign out now.”
Step 5. After signing back in, Windows 10 will display in English.
