ANSWER

Step 1. Run the VLC Player and click on the "Media" tab. Then, select "Open Network Stream..".



Step 2. In the new popup window select the "Network" tab. Here, you will need to enter the URL of RTSP used by the NVR to send video feedback.



For that use the following URL:

rtsp://<NVR access IP>/Media/Live/Normal?camera=C_5&streamindex=1

Where,
camera=C_5              It means camera 5 (you can change the number depending on which camera you want to visualize).
streamindex=1:         It means stream 1 of camera.

Step 3. Click the "Play" button to start the connection to the NVR.



Step 4. An RTSP authentication window will appear (required when retrieving data from the NVR). Enter the NVR username and password of the default "admin" user and press the "Ok" button to connect.



Step 5. If the connection is succesfull you will be able to see the RTSP live streaming of the camera in the VLC Player
