If all cameras show disconnected on local monitor and the mouse is not working properly, but the network status is well and you can also view the camera live view via NVR WebUI. What’s going on?
Answer
If you have the below settings in your system, you may not view the camera live view via local monitor and the mouse is not working properly after a period of time.
1. The camera set "HTTPS only".
2. VCA packages status is "ON".
For workaround, please reboot the NVR first and then choose one of two methods as below.
Method 1. Change the "HTTPS only" to the "HTTP&HTTPS" or disable HTTPS secure connection.
Method 2. Turn off the VCA package in the camera.
We will release new firmware v3.2.0.3 or above version to solve this issue around July.
