How to allow liveclient to connect VAST server through firewall?

 

ANSWER

You need to add following applications in exception list of firewall.
1. VMSWebServer.exe from the path C:\Program Files (x86)\VIVOTEK Inc\VAST\Server
2. PluginServer.exe from the path C:\Program Files (x86)\VIVOTEK Inc\VAST\Server\PluginServer
3. stunnel.exe from the path C:\Program Files (x86)\VIVOTEK Inc\sTunnel

Note:
stunnel.exe is for customer to use HTTPS port to log in server.
VAST 2 client only provide HTTPS port to login server.
VAST LiveClient could choose either Server port or Https port.
