How to export logs from VIVOCloud compatible cameras

 

Answer

Please use the following CGI command to export the VIVOCloud VADP package logs:

http://<Camera IP>/cloud/get_cloud_log.cgi 

After sending the command to the camera it will download a file named as follows: cloud_VADP_X.X.X.X.tar.gz, where X.X.X.X is the VIVOCloud package version installed in the camera. 
 

 

Note: This CGI can only be used for cameras, it cannot be used in NVR.
