Where can I find the firmware version installed on my devices?

Answer

For VORTEX camera:

To find the firmware version of your VORTEX camera, please select the "Devices" icon, then click on "Device Information" to access the device general information. 

For NVR (VORTEX Connect compatible):

NVR have a higher level of management due to the amount of devices behind them so only owners and admins have permission to see NVR devices displayed in the device list.

Once you access the NVR device list, click the gear icon of the NVR you want to verify to go to its system information page.

Once you have access to the "Device information" page, you will be able to see the firmware installed in your NVR.
