How to enable the Remote Support functionality in the Portal
Answer
1. Sign in VORTEX Portal (https://portal.vortexcloud.com/) on browser (Chrome/Edge).
2. Go to Devices page and select the device group which the device belongs to.
3. Move your cursor over the device and click the gear icon to enter settings page.
4. Go to "Remote support" in "System" and turn the toggle on.
Please provide the MAC address of the device to customer support.
