Where can I verify the model name of my camera in the VORTEX Portal

If your surveillance system is complex and you've lost track of the camera model for one of your devices in the system, here are some steps to help you check the model version without physically inspecting the device:

Step 1. Select the camera you wish to check the model version. 

Step 2. Click on the top right icon "..."

Step 3. In the "Control" tab, check the "Model" information of the device.

You can also find the camera model information by going to the 'Device' tab and looking for your device in its assigned group.
