What should I do if the Desktop Switch icon does not appear ?

This issue may occur after VAST2 is uninstalled.
During the removal of VAST2, certain system registry entries and the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\VIVOTEK Inc\SwitchDesktop may be deleted or corrupted. Therefore, the Desktop Switch function becomes unavailable.
The only way to restore the missing function is to perform a factory reset on the NVR.
