How do I install the VIVOTEK Plus Plugin in the Network Optix Video Management Software?

The VIVOTEK Plus plugin is an extension that enables VIVOTEK cameras to send the AI metadata streams to the Network Optix (Nx) server. Before configuring VIVOTEK cameras for the Facial Recognition (FR), Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), or Smart Video Content Analysis (VCA) on the Nx server, please follow the steps below to install the latest version of the VIVOTEK Plus Plugin. 

Step 1. Access the following link to download the plugin:

VIVOTEK Plus Plugin for Windows - Version 1.1.0.1: Download link

Step 2. Extract the downloaded folder and run "install_plugin.bat" as Administrator. This process will install the plugin and automatically restart the Nx server.

Step 3. After the server restarts, log in to the Nx server and confirm that the plugin has been installed correctly.

Step 4. Click the navigation icon and go to Site Administration. 

Step 5. Open Integrations, select VIVOTEK Plus Plugin and verify that the plugin is successfully listed.
