Where can I check the DEVICE ID information of my VORTEX camera in the portal?

Answer

Step 1. Log in to the VORTEX portal and navigate to the device page.

On this page, you will be able to see all the devices added to your VORTEX account. 

Step 2. Click on the camera group where you configured your device. Then, check the MAC address of the device, which corresponds to the camera's DEVICE ID (MAC).

If the DEVICE ID is entered incorrectly, the camera will not display any information so be sure to type the correct value. 

If that is the case, delete the device and then re-add it using the correct ID. Please refer to the following article for more information regarding where you can find the DEVICE ID in the camera:
