Answer

Since the IB9387-LPR-V2(N)/IB9387-LPR-V2-W(N) does not support saving the VADP package to an SD card, the ANPR package can only be stored in the internal flash memory.

However, as the ANPR package size has increased with newer versions, the internal flash memory of the camera is no longer sufficient to store the latest package, which results in error message "/untar_vadp Untar upload file failed, ErrorCode:420" during the update process.
