How can I access the Wiegand converter webpage?

The VIVOTEK AO-20W Wiegand signal converter uses the default IP address 192.168.1.127. To access its webpage, please follow the steps below.
Step 1. Your computer or laptop must be in the 192.168.1.x network range to reach the converter. If your computer is already using an IP address in the 192.168.1.x subnet, you may skip to Step 5. If not, continue to Step 2 to temporarily change your IP address.
To check your IP address:
- Press Windows Start
+ S and search for cmd or Command Prompt.
- In the command window, type ipconfig and press Enter.
- Check the value under IPv4 Address.
- If it starts with 192.168.1.x, go to Step 5.
- If it does not, continue with Step 2.
- If it starts with 192.168.1.x, go to Step 5.
Step 2. You need to temporarily assign your computer an IP address in the 192.168.1.x range. Go to Windows settings > Network & internet .
- For Wi-Fi: Select Wi-Fi > Manage known networks, then choose the network you are connected to.
- For Ethernet: Select Ethernet, then choose the connected Ethernet network.
Step 3. Next to IP assignment, click Edit.
Step 4. Under Edit IP settings, select Manual, then turn on IPv4. Enter an IP address within the same subnet as the converter. The following is an example:
- IP address: 192.168.1.105
- Subnet mask: 255.255.0.0
- Gateway: 192.168.0.1
Click Save when finished.
Step 5. Make sure your computer and the Wiegand converter are connected to the same network (direct connection or through a switch).
Step 6. Open any web browser and enter the converter's default IP address http://192.168.1.127
Step 7. Log in using the default credentials:
- Username: SuperAdm
- Password: 721568
You should now see the main page of the AO-20W Wiegand converter.
