How to export client logs in the VSS Client from macOS?

VIVOTEK has released a macOS client version of the software, allowing users to remotely access any VSS server (CMS or main recording workstation).
Although this version functions only as a client, it still generates and stores debug logs to record any activity or issues with the software. If you have any issues with your VSS macOS client, please follow the steps below to export the logs for analysis:
Step 1. Go to the following path: /Documents/VIVOTEK Inc/VAST/Client/VSS/Log
Step 2. Copy all the logs into a folder.
Step 3. Send the copied logs to the Technical Support representative for further analysis.
